Double-check your details! Late payments incur a $15 fee. To avoid manual processing and additional charges, please set your payment start date within 5 days of enrolling.

If a payment start date is outside the 5 days of enrolling. A m anual invoice will be processed for the prorated calculation: You'll pay for the period between enrollment and your chosen start date. $15 administrative fee: Covers the extra processing involved.

By setting your start date promptly, you ensure a seamless experience and avoid unnecessary fees.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement gives authority to set up direct debits, via a subscription payment gateway, or take payment upfront based on information provided, to BOORN. Failing to meet payments will result in additional fees.
It is your responsibility to ensure payments are kept up to date, follow up on payments will result in a $15 charge for every failed payment, if you reach 3 failed payments it will be sent to the accounts team to issue an invoice, this is an additional charge of $50 to set up and process the collection, interest will be added weekly of 7% until your accounts are all up to date. The $15 charge may be taken from your account without prior warning.
Your details will be stored in your profile for automatic payments and use on entry to any BOORN locations.
Any Cancellations require a cancelation form application, $50 admin to be charged to process the closure, and an additional $50 to follow up any outstanding fees will incur this charge monthly until they are paid in full. 4 weeks' notice will be required when the application is submitted. Your Payments and attendance need to be verified.
Any payment changes or cancellations require up to 14 days to make changes.
Should you cancel and reactivate your membership within 14 months a $100 fee may apply per child.
You agree to any government regulations that apply to individuals who attend a BOORN location including terms of entry and rules.
Termination of membership may apply if regulations or rules are not followed. Inappropriate behavior towards others or BOORN itself, defamation will not be tolerated. At the discretion of BOORN a termination may be activated as well as legal proceedings at your cost.
FREE PARTY: Includes party package 2, This can be booked upon activating your membership, time limits or deposit may apply. If you cancel your membership within the year, you will be invoiced or an amount may automatically be taken from your details on file for the remainder of the annual amount AND the cost of the party. Failing to arrive at a booked party will incur a $50 fee charged.. Your Party Package may not include a party "room", due to a few factors, Availability, Size, and Age of the party. Private tables will be provided where required.
If you DON’T choose the party option, $120 credit to your onsite account by request ONLY within your membership time, Claimable after your annual anniversary and you are UpToDate on payments, if you cancel within 4 months of claiming the credit, your credit may be cleared and asked to pay the amount in full. You must request this option directly to play@BOORN.Family
EVENTS: Membership includes TERM - SCHOOL DAY or NIGHT activities. SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS, CLASSES, and EVENTS, if there is a charge, 50% discount is provided for each event. Should you book and not arrive you will be charged the full amount of the event.
Children are still required to be accompanied by a parent. Only registered children on this application will be recognised on your ID may be required upon entry. You have full responsibility for the care and safety of your child.
Freebies, offers and specials will be offered by a limited combination of, Text, Facebook, in-store, Eventbrite or Emails it is up to you to ensure you are activity keeping up to date with these, it is not our sole responsibility to ensure you have been informed.
We offer 7 days cooling off period from date of the signed agreement if you change your mind.
You are a member until you process a cancellation of membership form, there is no automatic expiry to your membership. If you wish to move to our LEARN membership this can be arranged via email to Play@Boorn.Family and Learn@Boorn.family
I understand that, all invited guests are attending and participating at their own risk and discretion and will adhere to the centre rules and regulations.
If you are seen to be bringing in children not on your membership is will be a charge of $60 may be automatically taken from your card or sent via invoice.
$15 sign-up fee will be charged as a one-off charge,
