We have designed this program to provide a personalised education plan, tailored to a child’s individual needs, addressing where they are at, any gaps or areas to work on – with customised, detailed, sportive plans to use at home, or with another tutor.

We include ongoing access to our teachers for regular support check ins and regularly checking to track your child’s progress.

LEARN Membership:

- Get unlimited access to educators to support your child through their education.
- Boorn offers a child focussed assessment that supports your child to Learn and Grow with confidence while working with our passionate and dedicated Educators.
- Our amazing experienced team of educators have designed a customised Education support package specifically to:
  - Create a personalised education plan, tailored to a child’s individual needs, addressing current attainment and any gaps or areas to address – with customised, detailed and supportive 10 – 12 week plans to use at home, with a tutor or educator.
  - Recommendations are provided with Australian curriculum codes, to support you and your educator as your child progresses through.
  - We have designed this program to include ongoing access to our teachers for regular support check ins and regularly reviewing your child’s progress.

LEARN Membership Prices:

- OPTION 1: $49/month per child for:
  - Initial Educational assessment
  - Regular 10-12 week customized educational plans
  - Week to week recommendations you can use at home or with your own tutor / Educator.
  - Assessment and week to week recommendations are provided with Australian curriculum codes.

- OPTION 2: $99/month per child for:
  - Yearly Educational assessment
  - Regular 10-12 week customized educational plans
  - Week to week recommendations with your own customized worksheets, resources, and textbooks.
  - Assessment and week to week recommendations are provided with Australian curriculum codes.
  - Unlimited access to your own educator.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement gives authority to set up direct debits, via subscription payment gateway, or take payment upfront based on information provided, to BOORN. Failing to meet payments will result in additional fees.
It is your responsibility to ensure payments are kept up to date, follow up on payments will result in a $5 charge for every failed payment, if you reach 3 failed payments it will be sent to accounts team to issue an invoice, this is an additional charge of $50 to set up and process the collection, interest will be added weekly of 7% until your accounts is all up to date.
Your details will be stored to your profile for automatic payments and to use on entry to any BOORN locations.
Any Cancelations require a cancelation form application, $50 admin charge to process the cancelation & 4 weeks' notice MAY be required from the time application is submitted. Your Payments, attendance needs to be verified.
Any payment changes, cancellations require up to 14 days to make changes.
Should you cancel and reactivate your membership within 14 months a $200 fee may apply per child.
You agree to any government regulations that apply to individuals who attend a BOORN location including terms of entry and rules.
Termination of membership may apply if regulations or rules are not followed.
CATCH UP AND PROGRESS SESSIONS: It is your responsibility to adhere to these cancelations or no show will result in a $50 fee, and you may lose that time frame and may need to wait for the next 10-week session.
UNLIMITED QUESTIONS: Is for general support questions relating to your plan, any questions directly related to changes or developmental advice may be charged at $120 an hour. These questions are to be only sent via email. If you have external professionals to assist it is your responsibility to provide authority.
ENTRY: Only the child registered to this membership is offered free entry other BOORN locations
FREE PARTY: Is not included in this membership.
EVENTS: Unlimited holiday programs, maybe capped at $50 each event. Should you book and not arrive you will be charged. Children are still required to be accompanied by a parent, if it is not a day camp. Only registered children on this application will be recognised on your ID may be required upon entry. It is your responsibility to claim your free events via email Learn@BOORN.Family - Children with additional needs may require extra support resulting in an extra charge.
Freebies, offers and specials will be offered by a limited combination of, Text, Facebook, in store, Eventbrite or Emails it is up to you to ensure you are activity keeping up to date with these, it is not our sole responsibility to ensure you have been informed.
We offer 7 days cooling off period from date of signed agreement if you change your mind.
You are a member until you process a cancellation of membership form, there is no automatic expiry to your membership.
