Terms and Conditions

Deposit: A $50.00 deposit is required to secure your preferred date and time.
Cancellation: Cancellations made after confirmation to the Party time and date will forfeit the deposit due to a change of mind. In specific circumstances, a store credit may be issued. Refunds are strictly not provided for changes of mind.
Payment: Final payment can be made on the party date.
Guest Numbers: Additional children and party platters can be added after the booking, The final cost will be calculated based on confirmed numbers.
Confirmation: A GiggleLAND staff member will contact you the week of your party to confirm details. Please ensure you check your communications.
Waiver of Liability: By booking, you agree to participate at your own risk and adhere to center rules. GiggleLAND cannot guarantee support for medical allergies.

I understand that if Giggle LAND is unable to attend the party on the preferred date, the deposit will be returned. *

I understand that NO outside food can be bought into GiggleLAND Playcenter apart from a birthday cake/cupcakes and party bags without prior approval. A mess must be contained to the table, otherwise, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
Private events, Closed to the public are welcome to self-cater upon agreement with management.
