Terms and Conditions Please note: A $50.00 deposit is required to secure your preferred date/time/location.Cancellation within 5 business days of the party due to change of mind voids a deposit refund. A store credit will be given for specific circumstances where a party deposit refund is not applicable, refunds are not given due to change of mind. Final payment can be made on the day of party bookings for attendance reasons. If payment of deposit is not made Giggle Zone - BOORN team management reserve the right to cancel the party booking if attempts to communicate weren’t successful. Additional children and party platter orders can be added up to 3 days prior to the party. A BOORN - Giggle Zone staff member will contact you the week of your party to confirm details, it is your responsabiliy to keen an eye out. Final cost will be calculated based on your confirmed numbers that you provide to us. I understand that myself, all invited guest are attending and participating at their own risk and discretion and will adhere to the centre rules and regulations. BOORN can not garantee support for medical allergies

I understand if BOORN - Giggle Zone are unable to attend the preferred date of the party, the deposit will be returned.

Change of mind cancelation will incur a $20 fee.

I understand that NO outside food can be bought into BOORN - Giggle Zone Playcenter apart from a birthday cake/cupcakes and party bags without prior approval. A mess must be contained to the table, otherwise a $50 clearning fee will be charged.
Private events, Closed to the public are welcome to self cater upon agreement with management.
