Learning Pod Group (the Employer)would like to take this opportunity to advise you of the Behaviour at Work policy ( the Policy) in the Employee Handbook.

It has come to the attention of the Employer that some employees are not adhering to the expected standard in relation to behaviour and professionalism.

For your convenience, the Policy has been attached to this memorandum for your reference.

The Policy will be operative as of 3rd of August 2023. Please note that breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action.

Gossiping Memorandum

BOORN  (the Employer)would like to take this opportunity to advise you of the Gossiping policy ( the Policy) in the Employee Handbook.

It has come to the attention of the Employer that some employees have been gossiping in the workplace. Gossiping is an activity that can not only distract employees and affect the operational efficiency of the Company, but also deplete employee job satisfaction. It creates an atmosphere of hostility and affects the morale and integrity of the workforce. As such, you are advised that gossiping will not be tolerated and a professional and courteous attitude is expected at all times as outlined in the Policy.
